Accessibility

Last updated: April 3, 2026

Practivated’s mission is to empower fundraising professionals, especially within hospitals, universities, and enterprise organizations to build confidence and drive lasting impact through safe, AI-guided practice and growth. We partner with our clients to provide the tools and insights they need to cultivate deeper connections with their stakeholders, strengthen donor relationships, and achieve their philanthropic goals.

Practivated’s platform and websites substantially conform to the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We completed a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT® 2.4) in March 2026, self-assessed using ESLint jsx-a11y, axe-core 4.8.4, and manual keyboard and screen reader testing. One criterion (4.1.3 Status Messages) is partially supported and is on our remediation roadmap. We are committed to continuous accessibility improvement and provide ongoing training and resources for every team member involved in product development and communications.

Reporting Accessibility Issues

We’re proud of the progress we’ve made, yet we know there’s more to learn. We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our platform, websites, and materials. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please email our support team or complete our contact form.

When you submit an accessibility report, you can expect:

  • An acknowledgment of your report within 2 business days
  • A status update on the issue within 10 business days

We’ll respond promptly and work together to make Practivated as inclusive as possible.
