Practivated emerged from the belief that fundraising success requires more than knowledge, it calls for confidence. Our founder, Mallory Erickson, saw a clear need: fundraisers were passionate but lacked a safe, supportive space to practice their skills without pressure.
Drawing from extensive nonprofit leadership and fundraising coaching experience, Mallory created Practivated, an AI-guided practice platform designed to strengthen donor connections through confident, authentic conversations.
Practivated empowers fundraisers to take confident action by providing a judgment-free environment to practice and grow. Fundraising is about relationships, and relationships thrive when teams feel supported, confident, and prepared.
We help teams translate insights into action, turning uncertainty into clarity. Practivated is where fundraisers practice, learn, and refine their skills, reducing stress and improving donor engagement through authentic, purposeful conversations.
We envision confident fundraisers, thriving teams, and a more generous world…one authentic conversation at a time. Every fundraiser, whether new or experienced, deserves access to a safe space for continual growth.
Practivated democratizes professional development by offering scalable, practice-based training. This approach creates alignment, reduces isolation, and builds team-wide confidence. Our vision is clear: stronger relationships, increased generosity, and fundraising teams who thrive together, prepared for every conversation.
At Practivated, AI supports human connections, it never replaces them. Our platform responsibly harnesses AI to provide personalized feedback, enhance emotional intelligence, and build fundraiser confidence without compromising individual privacy.
We prioritize transparency, ethics, and the responsible use of technology. Fundraisers grow safely in a supportive space, and organizations gain valuable insights into team-wide strengths and opportunities, all while respecting the confidentiality and autonomy of every team member.
Practivated’s strength lies in our diverse, expert team—each member deeply committed to empowering fundraisers.

We designed Practivated to reduce stress, ease overwhelm, and give fundraisers the tools they need to approach donor meetings confidently, prepared, and authentically connected. Our goal isn’t to replace fundraisers or create perfect scripts; it’s to empower you to show up as your best self, whether you’re a seasoned fundraising professional honing your skills or new to the field and building your confidence.
